Cancellation Policy

Please observe that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. All appointments canceled within that time frame are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service total. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to 100% of your total service. We require a credit card to reserve your appointment with Entangled Hair Co.

When booking your appointment, you acknowledged that you have read this cancellation policy and authorize us to charge your card in the event that proper cancellation notice is not given. We have a no refund policy. We appreciate your understanding.
